In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pi77," "we," "us," "our" refers to pi77 and its affiliated entities operating the pi77 Casino platform accessible at pi77.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with pi77 and uses the platform's services.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pi77. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pi77 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on pi77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. pi77 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pi77 or its affiliated game providers.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from pi77 through a self-exclusion request or been suspended or banned for breach of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

pi77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Any winnings generated from an ineligible account may be forfeited.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the pi77 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances, including legitimate deposited funds where multi-accounting has been used to obtain multiple bonuses.

When registering your pi77 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. pi77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify pi77 immediately by contacting support at [email protected] or via live chat. pi77 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon verified notification.

pi77 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to permitting real-money withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of at least one (1) valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Passport
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• SSS ID
• PhilSys National ID
• Driver's License (LTO)
• Voter's ID (COMELEC)
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

pi77 may request additional documentation to verify your address, source of funds, or payment methods at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first deposit will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. Failure to provide required documentation upon request may result in Account suspension.

All KYC documents submitted to pi77 are processed and stored in accordance with the pi77 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

pi77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods in Philippine Peso (PHP):

All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso. pi77 does not charge fees on deposits. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. Deposits made from payment instruments not registered in your name may be declined. pi77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals from your pi77 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed before Real Money Balance attributable to bonus activity is eligible for withdrawal.
• pi77 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within 1–3 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals targeting BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day.
• pi77 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests within a maximum of five (5) business days in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to fraud investigations, technical issues, or regulatory compliance reviews.
• pi77 may request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a regulatory requirement and not a discretionary action.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where pi77 has reasonable grounds to believe that they are connected with fraud, money laundering, Terms violations, or where the associated Account is under investigation. In such cases, pi77 will notify the Account holder and provide an opportunity to respond, subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.

pi77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all pi77 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible pi77 players who have completed KYC verification unless specifically stated as available to unverified accounts.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and displayed before acceptance.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
4. Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and uncleared bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a pi77 Account at any given time unless specifically permitted by the promotion terms.
6. Abuse: pi77 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, collusion with other players, or exploitation of technical errors.
7. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only the Real Money winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, after completion of wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.

All games offered on pi77 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. pi77 provides access to games from internationally licensed providers whose RNG systems are independently audited and certified. Published RTP percentages are accurate and consistent with the same games in other regulated markets.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the result recorded in pi77's server logs, the server log result shall be the authoritative record. pi77's system logs are the definitive record of all gaming transactions.

In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game round, pi77 will take reasonable steps to restore the game to its state prior to the interruption. Where this is not possible, pi77 may void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's Account. pi77 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Game results on pi77 are determined by certified RNG algorithms and are not influenced by previous results, player betting history, or any external factors. Outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by pi77 or any third party. Past results do not affect future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pi77 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in forfeiture of Account balances, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or through the use of third-party identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by persons under 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, generate bets, or circumvent the Platform's security systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game software. Any winnings arising from exploitation of an error may be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any purpose connected with illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the pi77 Platform or its software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pi77 staff or other players through any support or communication channel.
• Depositing funds from payment instruments that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• Attempting to chargeback or reverse any legitimate deposit for the purpose of retaining gaming winnings.

pi77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and operates in alignment with PAGCOR responsible gaming standards. pi77 provides all Account holders with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Settings page at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a minimum 7-day waiting period before they become effective.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. When the limit is reached, gaming activity is paused for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play to encourage awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your net gaming result for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause account activity for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily (1 month to 5 years) close your Account. Self-exclusion activates immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period. During self-exclusion, you may not register a new pi77 Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pi77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the pi77 Platform or its content without prior written permission from pi77.

Game content hosted on the pi77 Platform (including game software, graphics, and audio) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to pi77 for display purposes only. Any unauthorized use of game content is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pi77's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• pi77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• pi77's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
• pi77 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or cyberattacks.
• pi77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by pi77's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by pi77 is governed by the pi77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the pi77 Privacy Policy.

pi77 collects personal data that is necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance. pi77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers essential to Platform operations (payment processors, KYC providers, game software providers) and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

pi77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the pi77 Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by regulatory authority or applicable law on shorter notice.

Your continued use of the pi77 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the Account closure process.

The current version of the pi77 Terms and Conditions is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first notify pi77 of the dispute by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written description of your claim. pi77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies. pi77 reserves the right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
